– receive donations, Subscriptions, funding and organise fundraising activities:
- Names and contact details
- Addresses
- Payment or banking details (only as necessary for Refund or expenses only).

- Addresses
- Date of birth (under 18 years only)
- Records of consent, where appropriate

- Information exclusively held to facilitate Bowling events, social and fund raising for Club members only.

- Information exclusively held to facilitate Bowling events ,social and fund raising for Club members only, which includes the Kent County Bowling Association and Bowls England( National Governing Body) which is held by them under their respective Data Protection Policies.
